The Office of Education supports and monitors aid for nonpublic school students at both the state and federal levels.

With respect to state programs for nonpublic school students, the following are included:
- Nonpublic Textbook Aid,
- Nonpublic Auxiliary Service Aid
- Nonpublic Handicapped Aid
- Nonpublic Auxiliary/Handicapped Transportation Aid
- Nonpublic Nursing Services Aid
- Nonpublic Technology Initiative
- Nonpublic School Security Aid
- Transportation Aid Under the Provisions of NJSA 18 A: 39-1 et seq
Federal aid programs include specific Titles under Every Student Succeeds Act and the nonpublic proportional share under IDEIA.
